CASE STUDY #1

 

This smile was treated with Invisalign, whitening that is included with all Invisalign treatments and bonding on front tooth.

Before:

  • Front teeth are crowded
  • Heavy pressure on front teeth causing front tooth to wear and appear shorter
  • Teeth have stained over the years

After:

  • Teeth are level and aligned
  • Front tooth has been repaired with bonding. Invisalign treatment has created the space necessary to create a full tooth.

CASE STUDY #4

This smile is created with Invisalign and bonding on the front teeth. We used Propel, and non-invasive treatment designed to accelerate the movement of the teeth in treatment. This case was completed in 9 months.

CASE STUDY #5

This smile was treated in 3 phases.

Phase 1: Homeoblock appliance used to widen upper arch to help increase airway and help correct anterior crossbite.

Phase 2: Invisalign treatment to align and straighten teeth

Phase 3: Bonding on 4 upper teeth to close contacts

CASE STUDY #6

This smile was created with Invisalign that includes complementary whitening, gum contouring with the gentle Waterlase and bonding on 2 front teeth.

  • Open spaces at midline

  • Vertical dimension of mouth has increase creating a more balance appearance of the face
  • All spaces are closed

CASE STUDY #7

This smile was treated with Invisalign and whitening that is complementary with Invisalign treatment.
Then completed with minimally invasive crowns, veneers and bonding.

  • Crowding of front teeth
  • Existing crowns made to match the current shade of the teeth
  • Wear on the edges of the front teeth

After:

  • Edges of front lower teeth protected with bonding

Phase 1: Invisalign

Phase 2: At home Zoom Whitening. Bonding on 3 front teeth and a veneer on the right canine tooth

CASE STUDY #9

This smile was created with Invisalign that includes complementary whitening, bonding and 2 veneers. Invisalign was used to align and balance the bite. Bonding completed to cover root exposure. The final touch was the placement of 2 veneers on the front lateral teeth to close open spaces that remained after Invisalign due to the size of those teeth in comparison to the others.

CASE STUDY #10

This smile was treated with orthodontics, to help achieve an increase in vertical opening of the bite. There was significant wear.  Twelve veneers and 4 onlays with minimal prep as the teeth were set up to preserve maximum amount of tooth structure.

Before:

  • Heavy wear on all teeth, flat edges on front teeth
  • Deep bite
  • Aged look
  • Stained teeth
  • Poor long term prognosis with subtracting tooth structure

After:

CASE STUDY #11

This smile was created with Invisalign that includes complimentary whitening and completed with an emax crown on a zirconia implant. For the duration of the Invisalign treatment the existing bridge that was on the front teeth had to be removed to allow the movement of the teeth in that area. For the length of the Invisalign treatment a temporary false tooth was placed in each aligner so that no one could tell that this client was missing a front tooth.

Before:

  • Deep bite
  • Midlines off
  • Unbalanced bite
  • Bridge contained metal and stood out due to shape and colour

After:

  • Teeth aligned, level and midline is corrected
  • The ideal space was created for the ideal placement of implant and crown

This smile was treated with Invisalign, complementary whitening and bonding on the front teeth.

CASE STUDY #13

This smile was created with Invisalign Kor whitening was used at home, 2 fixed bridges to replace missing side teeth, and bonding on the front teeth to correct black triangle spaces.

Before:

  • Bonding on teeth presented chipped and stained
  • Edges of front teeth presented with heavy wear
  • 2 upper premolars were very broken down and required extraction

After:

  • Bright white smile
  • Broad and wide
  • Black triangle spaces eliminated
  • Midline corrected 

CASE STUDY #14

This smile was created in 3 phases:

Phase 1: Alfs appliance used to widen and expand the arches.

Phase 2: Invisalign used to further straighten, widen and align teeth.

Phase 3: Complimentary zoom whitening that is included with Invisalign treatment. Symmetry of gums was achieved by contouring the gums using the Waterlase. Completed the smile with 6 veneers on upper teeth.

Before:

  • 2 of the lateral upper teeth were formed smaller and presented with bonding that was chipping and staining
  • Narrow arches
  • Deep bite, creating chipping and pressure on front teeth

After:

  • Broad and wide confident smile
  • Bright natural stunning smile
